Chinwendu Orji is a seasoned corporate lawyer, Company Secretary and governance professional with over 17 years of post-call experience. Since being called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009, she has advised businesses, entrepreneurs and organisations on a broad range of corporate, regulatory and governance matters, helping them navigate Nigeria's evolving business landscape with confidence.
As Founder and Principal Consultant of Novarex Consulting and Corporate Services, her practice is centred on helping businesses establish and maintain strong governance structures, meet statutory obligations, manage regulatory compliance, and support sustainable growth.
Her core expertise lies in company secretarial services, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and corporate advisory. She works closely with business owners, boards of directors and management teams to ensure organisations operate efficiently, responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
She holds two internationally recognised Master of Laws degrees — an LL.M in International Trade Law, Contracts and Dispute Resolution from the University of Turin, Italy, and an LL.M in Comparative and International Tax Law from Uppsala University, Sweden — giving her a strong grounding in both domestic and international regulatory frameworks.
